MANSIONS IN THE PARK

"Our Belgo-Australian family of four stayed for one year at Mansions in the Park to allow our teenage children to attend ISB. We rented a townhouse and never regretted our choice. The (corner) house was very spacious and bright and we loved the various split levels. Had we stayed longer, we might have decided to arrange the flat terrace to have a great outdoor area. We regularly used the fantastic swimming pool, one of the most beautiful ever seen and very much underused, and the kids used the gym and the tennis court too. The area is very quiet and amazingly green, and within walking distance from a 7/11, a pharmacy, a vet clinic, and a few great cafes and eateries, as well as many delicious Thai street food stalls. This strongly anchors Mansions in the Park in the local community, which is one of its great attractions. There is an amazing team looking after the houses and apartments, responsible for the maintenance and all common areas. We very often interacted with Khun Wi who seemed to be in charge during our stay. That team is certainly a trump card that makes Mansions in the Park superior to many other condominiums in or near Nichada Thani. This is not only a personal observation but it was a comment very frequently heard when we were still in the process of looking where to stay. If we had to come back to Nonthaburi, we would without a doubt stay there again. A warm thank you to Khun Wi and the team!
